Great meeting today!
After the dramatic shift of power that occurred few days ago, Matt the Mortgage Man, newly elected president of BBN, was running the meeting for the first time. His style proved to be so efficient that each of us has phone numbers and emails of each other in cell phone now. Quite scientific approach indeed!
We also had a guest speaker, James Maniam, owner of CanClean Janitorial Services. James has successful company that operates in Langley and serves multiple commercial properties. James' specialty is cleaning of churches and his hallmark client is the oldest (over 150 years in existence!) church in Langley. It was great to learn about James' business model and what makes his business unique in that fiercely competitive industry. We hope to see James again and wish him the very best in his business.
Also, possibility of opening a new BBN chapter was briefly discussed. It seems like there is a genuine interest of certain Mission business people to see it happening. The good thing is that our BBN website can be easily extended to accommodate this kind of development. Meanwhile, we should see profiles of Ray Salvador, the comp tech, and John Hubbard of Integral Inspections to be added to the growing list of BBN members on our website so every visitor can learn more about fantastic services they offer.
